Hey,

Normalize Failure or Stay Mediocre Forever

Most people reading this have a folder on their desktop called “Dead Projects” or “Failed Launches.”
They never open it in public.
That folder is worth more than your last five wins combined.

Here’s the truth nobody wants to tweet on a Monday morning.

Failure is the only honest feedback loop left in a world drowning in curated highlights.
Success lies. It whispers that your half-assed strategy was brilliant.
Failure screams exactly where you fucked up, then hands you the scalpel.

The fastest personal brands I know don’t hide the bodies.
They autopsy them live.
Revenue screenshots with zeros.
Partnerships that imploded.
Posts that got ratioed into the shadow realm.

Every public execution carves off the weak parts of your positioning and leaves something dangerously sharp.

I have an ever-growing Notebook called “Graveyard.” Every bombed offer, every ghosted client, every course that sold three copies lives there forever.

The result? Trust arrives faster than any testimonial carousel ever could.

Hiding failure doesn’t protect your reputation.
It guarantees you’ll stay small, soft, and forgettable.
Posting it turns scars into authority.

Your audience isn’t paying for your perfection.
They’re paying for proof you can survive the fire they’re currently standing in.

Stop deleting the evidence.
Start monetizing the failure.

Only real people will survive in the coming AI creator world.

That’s how you go from “another creator” to the one they quote when the poop hits the fan.

Get Found,

P.S. If you’re still scared to post your biggest flop this week, congrats: you just proved you’re exactly the person who needs this newsletter the most.

P.S.S. Unsubscribe if perfection feels safer than progress. The rest of us will be over here building in public while you polish turds in private. Your move.
